Job Title: Part-Time Coaching Coordinator (20/hours a week)

Location: Remote (USA-based candidates only)

Position Overview:
Art2Life is seeking a part-time Coaching Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of our coaching programs. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of artistic experience and business acumen, enabling them to effectively manage our coaching team, curate content, and contribute to the strategic development of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Coaching Schedule Management:
      • Develop and manage the coaching schedule for multiple programs including our two membership and two annual programs, ensuring the right coach is assigned to the appropriate sessions.
      • Coordinate with coaches to align their availability with program needs.
    • Content Curation and Assignment:
      • Assist the Programs Strategy and Delivery Manager in curating content for our coaching programs.
      • Assign relevant content to coaches, ensuring alignment with program goals and participant needs.
    • Coaching Training and Development:
      • Assist with the development and ongoing improvement of our coaching onboarding and training. 
      • Oversee the training and development of coaches, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
      • Implement ongoing development initiatives to enhance coaching effectiveness.
    • One-on-One Coaching Program Development & Oversight:
      • Develop, launch and oversee our One-on-One Coaching Program, including structuring the program’s guidelines, creating resources, and implementing best practices to enhance the individual coaching experience.
    • Guest Artist/Coach Recruitment:
      • Identify and recruit guest artists and coaches to bring fresh perspectives and expertise to our programs.
      • Manage the logistics and integration of guest contributors into our coaching sessions.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Monitor and oversee the content and feedback provided by coaches, ensuring it meets Art2Life’s high standards.
      • Provide regular feedback and guidance to coaches to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Coaching Content Creation (as needed):
    • Provide backup support with content creation for our membership including master classes, interviews and live calls. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an artist, with a deep understanding of the creative process and artistic development.
  • Business experience, particularly in managing teams, coordinating projects, or program development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Must be based in the USA and able to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
