Coaching Path Opportunities

The Art2Life Coaching Path offers a unique opportunity to grow in your ability to inspire and create art / life connections with others while deepening your own art / life practice.
Art2Life is an invitation to the aesthetic life – a way to be in the world that allows for greater well-being, true self-expression, and impact.
By joining the Art2Life Coaching Path, you’ll begin in a voluntary position as a Guide, supporting our community in their creative endeavors. As you grow and gain experience, you’ll have the opportunities to move up into various paid roles such as Guide, Assistant Coach, and Certified Art2Life Coach.
Art2Life Coaching Path Opportunities
Guides
- Qualifications: Participation in the Creative Visionary Program (CVP) at least once, excellent communication skills, desire to help others in their creative journey.
- Role (Volunteer role with paid opportunities): Guides are experienced CVP alumni who support the Art2Life community through engagement, facilitation, and special projects across memberships and programs such as the Academy, Studio, CVP, and SPARK. This role offers training, mentorship, and the opportunity to deepen leadership and communication skills while contributing meaningfully to A2L’s mission. Some may advance on the coaching path, while others continue in this valued community role.
- Time Commitment: 5-7 scheduled hours per week, with the potential for additional hours.
- Technical Requirements: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use platforms such as Zoom, Slack and Circle for communication and collaboration.
- Benefits Include: Free access to A2L membership and programs in which they assist (e.g. ACADEMY, The Studio, CVP, SPARK), access to training to support growth in the Guide role and featured on A2L program promotions.
Assistant Coaches
- Qualifications: Demonstrated exemplary performance as an Art2Life Guide or equivalent, showcasing strong communication, and a commitment to supporting the Art2Life community.
- Role: Assistant Coaches are experienced CVP alumni who provide structured feedback, lead community engagement, and support A2L memberships and programs such as the Academy, Studio, CVP, and SPARK. They are trained in core A2L principles, and help uphold the quality and integrity of the participant experience. This paid role offers opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and creative contribution across A2L initiatives.
- Time Commitment: Approximately 5–10 hours/week with a one year commitment.
- Technical Requirements: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use platforms such as Zoom, Slack and Circle for communication and collaboration.
- Benefits: Free access to A2L membership and programs in which they assist (e.g. ACADEMY, The Studio, CVP, SPARK), access to training to support growth in the Assistant Coach role, featured on program promotions, discretionary bonuses and qualification to begin your training as a certified Art2Life Coach if desired.
Certified Art2Life Coach
- Qualifications: Demonstrated exemplary performance as an Art2Life Assistant Coach showcasing strong leadership, communication, confident and engaging on-camera presence, and a commitment to supporting the Art2Life community.
- Role: Certified A2L Coaches lead coaching calls, create content, and assist in CVP, Academy, and Retreats. They play a key role in mentoring others and upholding the depth and consistency of the Art2Life teaching experience.
- Time Commitment: Approx 10-20 hours per week with a one year commitment.
- Technical Requirements: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use platforms such as Zoom, Slack and Circle for communication and collaboration.
- Benefits Include: Free access to relevant programs, featured on program promotions, discretionary bonuses, one-on-one coaching with Nicholas Wilton and continue your training as a certified Art2Life Coach.
