Courses & Programs Terms Of Use
Creative Visionary Program (CVP)
CVP Student(s) have provided certain personal and financial information and have purchased access to the CVP Program which grants them access to live course access, course content and materials, and other information and materials. Registering as a CVP Student includes access for one (1) person. Upon registration, you will receive one username, password, and member profile for use during the live course and in the private member section of the Service. If you would like to take CVP along with another person or collaborator, you will need to each purchase the course individually.
1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee
Please note: The 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee described below is the only refund policy applicable to CVP 2026 enrollments, without exception. This applies to all students — whether you are enrolling in CVP for the first time or returning as a CVP alumni at the returning student rate of $497. The 21-day money-back guarantee previously offered in prior years of CVP has been discontinued and does not apply to any CVP 2026 enrollment. By enrolling in CVP 2026, you agree that the terms of this 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee supersede any prior refund policies you may have experienced as a CVP student.
We believe deeply in what CVP can do for you and your art. And we want you to believe in it too, which is why we’re backing your enrollment with a full 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee.
Here’s how it works. Complete the whole program. Spend a full year inside CVP. Do the work. Show up for yourself and your art. If, within 12 months of genuine engagement with the program, you don’t feel your art has meaningfully grown and transformed, we want to know. And we’ll give you your money back.
This guarantee exists because we trust the process. We’ve seen it work for thousands of artists. What we ask is that you trust it too — by actually using it.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Complete the full CVP program through its end date of June 30th, 2026. The program must be completed in its entirety before a refund request can be submitted.
- Attend at least 16 of the 24 live calls offered throughout the program (70% of the live calls). The calls that count toward this requirement are Live Group Calls and Coaching Calls. The CVP 24/7 Bloom Studio, Friday Blooming Sessions, and Q&A Calls are not included in this calculation. Life happens, and we don’t expect perfection. But showing up for at least 16 of these live experiences is essential to getting the full benefit of what CVP offers. Art2Life tracks attendance at all qualifying calls, and we will verify your attendance record when reviewing your request.
- Submit 3 images of a completed series of 6. This is your proof of work and, more than that, it’s your proof of growth. We want to see that you engaged with the creative process and saw a series through to completion.
- Complete at least 25 of the 36 Art Practices (70%) offered throughout the program. After watching the Art Practices videos, do the hands-on exercises — things like assembling your inspiration board or completing a black and white panel. For 25 of the Art Practices, submit an image of your completed work. This is how we know you were in it, and how you’ll know it too.
To request a refund, you must submit your request after June 30th, 2026, but within 365 days of your enrollment date. Your request must be sent to in**@******fe.com and must include the following:
- 3 images demonstrating a completed series of 6 works created during your time in CVP.
- 25 images of your completed Art Practices exercises, one for each of the 25 minimum required practices you completed throughout the program.
- Evidence of at least 3 requests for help submitted either by email to in**@******fe.com or posted in the CVP community.
- A brief explanation of what you hoped to experience in your art and why you feel the program did not support that growth.
Please note that refund requests submitted without all required materials cannot be processed. We want to make sure every request receives a fair and thorough review, and complete documentation is what makes that possible.
Please note that you do not need to submit live call attendance records. Art2Life maintains live attendance records for all qualifying calls and will verify your participation when reviewing your request.
If you are participating from a timezone where attending live calls consistently presents a genuine challenge, please reach out to our Customer Support team at in**@******fe.com before submitting a refund request. We are happy to discuss how the live call requirement applies to your specific circumstances.
Requests submitted before June 30th, 2026, after the 365-day window, or without all required materials, will not be considered.
A few important notes:
- This guarantee is designed for artists who genuinely commit to the process. If you’re not ready to show up for a full year, this may not be the right moment for CVP, and that’s okay.
- Refunds requested outside the terms above are not eligible under this guarantee.
- If you qualify for a refund, please be aware that the refund amount will reflect your full program investment minus the retail value of any physical bonus items sent to you upon enrollment. The BLOOM Book Journal will be deducted at $33.97, and a CVP T-shirt will be deducted at $27.64, for any items received.
- Once a refund is issued under this guarantee, access to all CVP program materials, including videos, downloads, community spaces, and any associated content, will be discontinued immediately.
- Please do not enroll in the Program if you just want to “check it out.” Nicholas and the entire Art2Life team pour everything into this program, and this guarantee exists to honor the artists who pour everything back into it. CVP is for serious students who are ready to show up for their art.
Because Art2Life has invested significant resources in developing and delivering this program, you agree not to take any action with a third party that directly or indirectly prevents Art2Life from receiving or retaining the program fees. In the event of breach of the foregoing, and in addition to all other rights and remedies, you agree that liquidated damages in the amount of $1,500.00 shall be immediately payable to Art2Life as compensation for losses and damages resulting from such breach. You agree that this sum is not a penalty and is a reasonable estimate of Art2Life’s additional losses and damages resulting from such breach.
If you have any questions about this guarantee before enrolling, please reach out to us at in**@******fe.com. We’re always here to help you make the decision that’s right for you and your art.
Additional Terms Applicable to CVP Students
1. The Community
You will be provided with the details on how to access the CVP Circle Community and the CVP 24/7 Bloom Studio upon registration. These communities are strictly for paid CVP Students in good standing. Team Art2Life are the moderators and reserve the right to grant or remove access for any member at any time.
The CVP Circle Community is hosted on Circle, and the CVP 24/7 Bloom Studio is hosted on Zoom. In the event that students behave inappropriately or in a manner contrary to Circle’s or Zoom’s policies, the respective community or studio may be eliminated or terminated by either us, Circle, or Zoom. In the event a community or studio is terminated, we will have no liability or responsibility to you and you will not be entitled to any refunds.
The primary intention of the CVP Circle Community and CVP 24/7 Bloom Studio are to serve as classrooms and creative spaces for the course to be taught. They are not places to find customers or recruit people to other programs or groups.
Anything posted in or uploaded to the CVP Circle Community or CVP 24/7 Bloom Studio, whether comments or images, becomes the property of the group or community, and in the event access is terminated or suspended, your posts may disappear and cannot be retrieved.
By joining as a CVP Student you agree to abide by these Terms and the requirements as outlined in this section. If you join the Circle Community, you also agree to abide by any policies or terms set by Circle. Failure to comply with any of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access or your removal from any or all of the Course Sites (as defined below), without notice to you and without refund of any fees paid. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny you access to the Course Sites, or any portion of the Course Sites, without notice, and to remove any content that does not adhere to these Community Guidelines.
The “Course Sites” consist collectively of the CVP Portal, the CVP Circle Community, and the CVP 24/7 Bloom Studio. The Course Sites are places for you to discuss and share only about the teachings, art, and content created by Art2Life.
The Course Sites and Program Communities are pitch-free, spam-free, and solicitation-free zones. You are encouraged to share your experience and participate. However, you are not permitted to offer, sell, promote, or advertise your or other third-party services, programs, or products, and you may not invite CVP students to join other social networks, groups, or programs. Sharing affiliate links or conducting any type of solicitation within these Sites is strictly prohibited.
Any offensive posts, as determined by Art2Life in its sole and absolute discretion, will be removed. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Art2Life reserves the right, at any time, to remove any and all posts, images, or videos it, in its sole discretion.
The Art2Life CVP community is your place to create, connect, inspire, and share with one another. We want this community to be safe and respectful for everyone involved. Here are the guidelines to help us build and maintain our community.
Care, Compassion, and Respect Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into our community. Be thoughtful, especially when judging others’ artwork. Honest feedback is necessary, but offer it along with a positive idea or tip that can help lead to a solution. Critique others in the way you would like to be critiqued. Treat everyone with care, compassion, and respect.
Healthy debate about ideas is natural, and virtual communication can be tricky sometimes, but personal attacks are never acceptable. If you’re feeling upset about something another member has said or shared, take some time before responding. If you’re unclear about how to respond, reach out to one of our Support Team members.
Keep It Positive This is a positive environment for creative support. Please don’t gossip or trash talk about any of our CVP students, or anyone else for that matter. We don’t need to put others down, even when we feel frustrated. If you have a challenging issue — whether it’s with the program, a team member, or any community member — resolve it directly via email or even a call. Keep it private and outside of our community. If you’re unsure how to respond to someone, please reach out to Support at in**@******fe.com for assistance.
Give and You Will Receive Ask for what you need. If you want feedback from your fellow CVP members, ask for it. If you’re stuck and need some ideas… ask. If you’re not getting what you need when you post, check your ask. Was it clear? If not, ask again. Always assume positive intent and reach out.
Give help to your fellow CVP members. Share what you’re working on. Share when you’ve figured something out, especially when others are still struggling with the same issue. Share what you’ve found. Share your challenges. Share your wins. Cheer for others. Keep the focus on sharing, support, and encouragement. Give more than you ask, and we’ll all benefit.
Be Original Please do not copy, steal, or share any community member’s intellectual property. If you have a question about using another student’s content, check with them first. Do not assume permission. All content on the CVP website and Artist Community, including all videos and downloads, are for your personal use only. They cannot be shared with anyone outside of the program, nor can they be used for any professional use. All content provided by Art2Life is copyrighted, and unauthorized use is strictly forbidden.
No Pitch Policy The purpose of the Art2Life CVP Portal and CVP Circle Community is for our growing community of artists to share, support, and inspire each other in relation to creating and improving their art. In an effort to keep the Art2Life CVP Portal and CVP Circle Community clear of advertisements and offerings, please do not post blogs, newsletters, workshop/course offerings, services related to art, book releases, or your individual art for sale. (Note: The one exception is that we allow exhibition or art show announcements to be posted in the community.)
The Art2Life CVP Member Directory information is for current CVP members only and is not to be shared with anyone who is not a current member of CVP. Please use this directory to connect with other artists within CVP. Do not automatically add Art2Life CVP students to your newsletter or email list. No spamming or violating another Member’s privacy is allowed. If these guidelines are repeatedly ignored, it could result in your removal from the program. If you are uncertain whether what you are sharing or asking is appropriate, please reach out to Support at in**@******fe.com.
Due Diligence If you decide to hire or create any contractual relationship with any of our CVP students, you do so at your own risk and outside the framework of this program. We recommend you have clear written contracts and service agreements in place. The Art2Life CVP Program and/or Nicholas Wilton are not responsible for any loss of revenue, damages, breach of contract, or any other unfavorable circumstance as a result of such a relationship.
What About Me If, for some reason, things are not going the way you had hoped in the program, either with the community or the program itself, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Support at in**@******fe.com. We want you to have the best experience possible, but things do come up despite all our best efforts. Please don’t take things personally. Often, the intent of others is different than what you might be feeling or experiencing.
If you feel no one is commenting on your post, remember that this is a large group, and things move fast — it’s a lot to keep up with. So repost. The fastest way to build connections and friendships with other community members is to be helpful. If you are, then you will be more than adequately helped in return. Try treating each other like good friends, sooner rather than later.
Subgroup If you decide to form a subgroup and want to create a Circle group, Zoom group, or any other kind of outside subgroup with other members of the program, please follow these guidelines:
- Include this disclaimer in your group description: “This group is not endorsed by any Art2Life Programs, team members, or Nicholas Wilton.”
- Do not use Art2Life, Nicholas Wilton, or any names of Art2Life programs (CVP, SPARK, Academy, etc.) in the title of your group.
- Do not use any logos or images from Art2Life or its programs.
- Do not promote your subgroup within any Art2Life Community Websites or Program websites and portals.
What Happens If You Don’t Follow These Guidelines We truly believe that everyone wants the best for each other and for this program. It’s in the greater interest of the larger community that we are all creating, that these guidelines are put in place. It’s critical that they are respected and followed. If, on the off chance, anyone ignores or repeatedly violates the guidelines, they will be removed from the program.
If you have any questions or concerns about these guidelines, please contact us here at Art2Life by emailing in**@******fe.com.

Billing for ALL Courses & Programs
By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by art2life.com (“Payment Method”) for your program or course, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you either the full price of the course or program, or you agree to use one of our third-party payment plan options to pay the full amount over time, and agree to pay any other fees for additional services you may purchase, and any applicable taxes in connection with your Payment Method. If you want to use a different Payment Method than the one you signed up with during registration, or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, please email our Customer Care at in**@******fe.com and they will assist you with updating this information. If your Payment Method expires and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing, and you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
We automatically bill your Payment Method based on the commencement date of your program purchase. The interval of time between each payment due date shall correspond to the term of the program you purchased and be referred to herein as a “Billing Period.” You acknowledge that the timing of when you are billed and the amount billed each Billing Period may vary, including for example due to promotional offers, gift card redemptions, credits applied, changes in your membership, changes in your Payment Method, and changes in applicable taxes, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for the corresponding amounts.
If we offer you a promotion (e.g., a promotional price) for your course or program, the specific terms of the promotion will be disclosed during your sign-up or in other materials provided to you describing the particular promotion. In the case of promotional pricing, after your promotion ends, we will begin billing your Payment Method for your subscription at the regular price after your promotion ends unless you cancel prior to the end of your promotion or unless otherwise disclosed in communications made available to you.
Art2Life LLC reserves the right to change the terms of your course or programs, including price, from time to time, effective as of the beginning of your next Billing Period following the date of the change. If Art2Life LLC changes the course or program fee or other charges for our students, we will give you advance notice of these changes by notifying the email address provided during purchase.
Unpaid Amounts. It is important that each student honor the payment obligations to which the student agreed. Accordingly, we reserve the right to retry billing your Payment Method after failed attempts (e.g., if your Payment Method is rejected). We also reserve the right to pursue any amounts you fail to pay in connection with your course or program access. You will remain liable for all such amounts and all costs incurred in connection with the collection of these amounts, including, without limitation, bank overdraft fees, collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and arbitration or court costs.
Accounts and Registration. You are responsible for all use of your account, including use of your account by other students of your household. By allowing others to access your account, you agree to be responsible for ensuring that they comply with these Terms and you agree to be responsible for their activity using the Services.
All registration information you submit must be accurate and updated. Please keep your password confidential. You will not have to reveal it to any Art2Life LLC representative. Because you are responsible for all use of your account, including unauthorized use by any third party, please be very careful to guard the security of your password. Please notify us by email at in**@******fe.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Please also make sure to notify us if your registration information changes, in case we need to contact you.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict your account or your use of the Services or access to Content at any time, without notice or liability, if Art2Life LLC determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, violated any law, rule, or regulation, engaged in other inappropriate conduct, or for any other business reason. We also reserve the right to terminate your account or your use of the Services or access to Content if such use places an undue burden on our networks or servers.
