I (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions, and community guidelines regarding my participation in the Art2Life (“A2L”) Tell-A-Friend Affiliate Partner Program.

• Referrals must use your Tell-A-Friend affiliate link to sign up for the FREE Creative Visionary Blueprint Workshop and/or Creative Visionary Program (CVP) in order for you to receive credit for the referral. We are sorry but we cannot make any exceptions to this rule.

   

• You can use your Tell-A-Friend Workshop link from February 17, 2026 through March 5, 2026, and your CVP affiliate link from March 7, 2026 until 11:59pm PT on March 11, 2026.

   

• Affiliate commissions are only earned on sales to new CVP students who have never taken CVP before. Sales to CVP alumni will not generate commissions.

   

• We use last-click attribution tracking with a 30-day cookie. If a referral uses your link and then uses another affiliate’s link afterward, the commission will go to the affiliate whose link was clicked last. You will only receive credit if your link is the last one used before enrollment.

   

• Your personal Tell-A-Friend referral link cannot be shared in any of our Art2Life/Nicholas Wilton Facebook Groups or social media channels. Posting your link in any of our groups or social media channels will result in your immediate removal from the Affiliate Program.

   

• Once a person signs up using your affiliate link, they are listed as your referral. Sign-ups cannot be transferred to another affiliate once they have signed up.

   

• Affiliate commissions can only be earned if one of your referrals purchases CVP during our enrollment period (March 7-11, 2026) provided they signed up through your Tell-A-Friend link. CVP purchases made by your referral(s) at any other time are not eligible for this program.

   

• Once CVP 2026 begins, you will be sent your number of referrals. In order for you to receive payment for your referrals, they must stay in the program past the 21-day money-back guarantee. Any referral that drops out of CVP during this period will be removed from your list.

   

• During the promotional period, you can log into the Tell-A-Friend website to see the number of referrals that have signed up using your unique link. However, due to the Internet Privacy Protection Act, we are unable to share information (i.e. names, emails, etc.) we collect through your Tell-A-Friend referral link.

   

• Throughout the program, we will share the contest Leaderboard results with those participating in the program. If you decide to opt out of the contest, please be sure to let us know at te*********@******fe.com.

   

CVP Art Kit Giveaways:

• Once you sign up for the Tell-A-Friend Program, your name will be automatically entered into drawings for three CVP Art Kit Giveaways (no sales required).

   

• Winners will be randomly drawn and announced on February 24th, March 2nd, and March 12th, 2026. Winners will be notified by email.

   

• Only one Art Kit will be awarded per Tell-A-Friend participant. If your name is drawn twice, we will draw again until a new winner is chosen.

   

• You must live or have a shipping address in the US to receive the CVP Art Kit. If you live outside of the USA, we will send you a digital gift card for the same value from an art store in your country.

   

• On March 20th, 2026, we will announce the Tell-A-Friend Leaderboard prize winners.

   

• On April 10, 2026, we will let you know how many of your referrals enrolled in CVP. We will also send you a payment request form. For US citizens/residents only: You will be required to submit an IRS Form W-9 in order to receive your Tell-A-Friend payment. Your payment will not be processed until we have your completed and signed form. (This form is required for any payments over $600 – more than one affiliate.) For international participants, an IRS Form W-8 form will be required. Links to these forms will be provided during the payment phase of the program.

   

• Completed forms must be received no later than May 1st, 2026 in order to receive your affiliate commission.

   

• We will reconcile your referral list after the first 21 days of CVP and we will send you a final referral number on April 10, 2026.

   

• All Tell-A-Friend Affiliate participants agree to receiving a Form 1099-MISC from Art2Life for tax purposes. Affiliate payments will be issued to the affiliate who signed up and cannot be transferred to another person or any Art2Life programs or fees including CVP.

   

• Payments will be processed via PayPal between May 11-15, 2026 and you should receive your payment within 7-10 days.

   

• All payments will be in US Dollars.

   

• Payment options for affiliates are PayPal only. Once your payment has been processed, no changes to your payment option selection can be made.

   

• No payments will be made after May 15, 2026 so please be sure to have all your completed forms by the deadline of May 1st, 2026.
